Children are entitled to five free sessions per week from the term after their third birthday. Please ask for further information

Pre-School sessions are held on:-

 

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

9.00 a.m. – 11.30 a.m. and

 

12.30 p.m. – 3.00 p.m.

 

Fees are £6.50 per session (£6.75 from 4th September 2008.), payable half-termly. However in certain

circumstances fees may be paid weekly

providing payment is in an envelope clearly

marked with the child‛s name and date.

 

Fees continue to be payable if a child is

absent i.e. holidays and common

illnesses. However, in special cases of

prolonged absence, parents should

consult the committee/manager about

payment of fees. If any fees remain

unpaid by the end of term your child‛s

place will be offered to another child who

Is on the waiting list.

 

Each child‛s attendance at the group is

conditional upon continued payment of

any necessary fees or eligibility for 3

and 4 year old government funding

(eligibility is currently the term

following their 3rd birthday.) This will

entitle your child to up to 5 funded

sessions per week.

 

Pre-School also offers extended

hours at a cost of £2.50 per hour

after a normal session. The charge from 9.00 a.m. until 3.00 p.m. is £15.00 (£15.50 from 4th September 2008.) In special circumstances (i.e. working parents) children can be left from 8.30 a.m. For which a charge of £1.00 per morning will be made. Your child would need to bring a packed lunch with them if staying over the lunch period. In hot weather it is advisable to place it in a cool box with an ice pack, also chocolate bars are not recommended. A refrigerator is available if required. Please do not send fizzy drinks. A quiet room is available for the children to rest or sleep if necessary.
